Laundry folds is the photographic documentation of a perfomative gesture that consists of regularly and systematically sorting, washing, drying, folding and sorting again the garments and textile objects used in the artist's house. Week by week, I fold this laundry, classify it and stack it into sculptural forms that are then photographed on a white table against a white background. I have inconsistently built this body of work for the past five years.
