Border towns is generated using Google
Earth and Photoshop to assemble maps of cities and towns that spread north and
south of the Mexico-U.S. border. The roads of
these towns are digitally traced discarding in the process all cartographic and topographic information with the
intention to reveal the arbitrary and abstract nature of national
boundaries.
